What is Talent Sourcing?Talent sourcing is the process of identifying passive candidates across social and business networks to fulfill future positions. For example, a talent sourcer will actively search for qualified candidates on networks such as Linkedin or Github, and build long-lasting relationships with these candidates until a position becomes available.
Who participated in the Active Sourcing Award?There are two categories to enter for the award: the first category is for HR service companies or Personaldienstleister, and the second category is for Corporate businesses that have an internal HR or recruiting team. This year we received about 120 submissions from the DACH regions to participate in the award.
How were the winners selected?This year’s participants competed in a sourcing challenge to find qualified candidates for a job vacancy at Caritas, a non-profit organization. Each participant was scored anonymously based on the following criteria:
The three best sourcers per category were invited to Zukunft Personal, where the winners were announced during the award ceremony on Wednesday, September 20th.
