  1. No. Talentwunder is the sourcing layer above your ATS. You source and qualify here; your ATS stays the system of record for the hiring process. The division of labor stays clear: sourcing with us, hiring in your ATS.

  2. Depends on the roles. For C-level and senior technical roles, many teams use both in parallel. LinkedIn for direct messaging with InMail credits, Talentwunder for multi-network search and team coordination. For the majority of DACH roles, Talentwunder is sufficient as the primary sourcing tool.

  3. Yes. CSV import with a mapping wizard for the common ATS and Excel exports. Profiles are automatically enriched with public signals on import and turned into Super Profiles. Existing tags and notes are preserved.
