Talentwunder's story.

2014 - 2018

Founded in November 2014, Talentwunder prevails over 200 other startups and becomes the first official investment of Flying Elephants (a deep-tech incubator of WestTech Ventures). It developed a platform that uses data from social media profiles to calculate the likelihood of skilled workers switching jobs. With this approach, Talentwunder is a pioneer in the field of active sourcing and continues to shape developments in this area in the DACH region.

2018 - 2020

All you need is “Active Sourcing”, that is our motto at this time. We are stringently developing our platform, feeding it with profiles and training our AI daily. We experiment with different search logics and realise: not only related professions, but also career changers with the right skillset can fill a vacancy appropriately. We primarily work with a Boolean search logic, but the idea for a simplified variant has already been born.

2020 - 2023

Talentwunder is integrated into an association of the top 40 HR companies in the DACH region. This is followed by strategic and technical preparations to position the Talentwunder[App] as a recruiting platform in the future. At the same time, a complete brand relaunch takes place and the SaaS product portfolio is expanded to include related services. With the integration of the “Job Ads” module, we are no longer talking about Active Sourcing but Active Recruiting.
