Julian Eichelberger
Julian initially studied philosophy before pursuing his real passion: sound engineering. Thanks to the persuasive power of Julian Herzog and Emanuel Drescher, he finally found his way into our sales team.
Julian is a profound and cheerful character who regularly goes on adventures with Emanuel. He has an extraordinary talent for acoustic subtleties and enjoys spending his free time on experimental sound projects.
He is currently teaching himself how to program and claims that he will soon replace the sales department with an AI – just to give himself more time for his sound projects, of course. His life motto “Why be serious when you can laugh?” shows why he is so appreciated – he always brings a positive and light-hearted atmosphere to our team.
Lina Sens
Lina grew up in a small village, but it was all too small for her, so she moved out at 18 and lived in Lisbon. From there she went to Hamburg (where she was also born) and began her career in sales.
She quickly realized that this was her thing. From a traditional sales manager, she jumped into IT headhunting and developed into Chief of Staff at Talentwunder.
She leads our Active Sourcing department and advises customers on which products and services will bring them the greatest added value. “Meeting people is my passion” is how she describes herself. In the office, we affectionately call her “the Viking” because she creates a good atmosphere everywhere and is an energy bomb.
Julian Herzog
Julian is an avid diver and has spent his childhood and youth in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur. He has also spent time living in Croatia, Serbia, France and Belgium.
His passion for traveling and getting to know new cultures is second to none. A little tip: don’t ask him about the pyramids, because that will only lead to a long brainstorming session… and he also likes to talk about the Roman Empire.
“All I’m saying is: it’s actually impossible what they built back then with the pyramids… :-)” His stories always provide good entertainment for the team.
Emanuel Drescher
Emanuel loves to travel and is interested in a wide variety of things. When he discovers something for himself, he likes to go straight “all in”.
He is an avid fan of Muay Thai, chess & kickboxing, enjoys making music on his piano or guitars and loves meeting new people. No one has ever seen him in a bad mood.
Sometimes we get confused by Emanuel’s questions – “What’s your favorite chair in the whole office?” – but he asks them because he’s genuinely interested in the needs of others. And that makes him a perfect fit for our sales team!
Christoph Battocletti
Christoph, an active sourcing nerd par excellence, has been fully committed to the recruiting of the future for over a decade. His expertise in the combination of technology, people, culture and networking is deeply rooted in his DNA.
With his enthusiasm, unconventional thinking and high ambitions, he continuously inspires his team and those around him with innovative ideas.
As an exercise addict and now an enthusiastic golfer, he lets the balls fly far. He loves “his” Swiss mountains and lakes, spends a lot of time with his children and is also extremely enthusiastic about football.
